Tracey Powell enters her second season as an assistant on the softball staff.  She works with the catchers and assists with all aspects of offense and infield play.
       
She currently serves as the head instructor at the Frozen Ropes Training Center in Garden City. She previously served as an assistant coach of the Razorbacks, a women’s fastpitch 18 and older club team in Lancaster, Pa.  She also played international softball in China in 2008.
               
As a collegiate athlete, Powell’s primary position was catcher when she was a member of the Big South Conference member, Liberty University, in Lynchburg, Va. from 2005-07. She graduated with a degree in Kinesiology: Exercise Sciences in 2009.
