After spending four seasons (2010-13) on the Pioneers' midfield unit, Jeanine Ambrogi enters her first year as an assistant coach in 2014.

During her collegiate playing career at LIU Post, Ambrogi had 10 goals and nine assists for 29 points. Five of those tallies were also game-winners, one of which was the decider in a 2-1 win over Wilmington on Oct. 11, 2012.

She was twice named to the All-East Coast Conference Team, receiving first-team accolades in 2013. That same year, Ambrogi added Daktronics and NSCAA All-Region, Daktronics All-America, and ECAC All-Star honors to her impressive resume.

Furthermore, her efforts helped the Pioneers to four consecutive ECC Tournament appearances (champions in 2010) and two NCAA Tournament bids (2010 and 2012).

Ambrogi, who graduated from LIU Post with a bachelor's degree in Business, currently resides in Greenlawn, N.Y.
