No. 4 Women's Soccer Ties Pace University In Double Overtime, 0-0

The C.W. Post women's soccer team earned their first tie of the season as they fought Pace University to a double overtime battle Monday afternoon. The Pioneers hold an overall record of 13-1-1 while Pace improves to 2-11-1 for the season.
Freshman goalkeeper Allie Weiser (Grand Island, N.Y.) made seven saves for the afternoon to earn her sixth shutout of the season. Her personal record improves to 8-0-1. The Setters goalkeeper Breanna Gault made 13 saves in net for Pace.
Freshman Tove Eriksson (Helsingborg, Sweden) registered five shots on goal for the afternoon. C.W. Post held a 7-5 advantage in corner kicks and out shot the Setters 30-11, but unfortunately could not find the back of the net and ensure the win.
C.W. Post takes the field again Wednesday afternoon as they travel to Flushing, N.Y. to take on conference rival Queens College at 4 p.m.
