Men's Lacrosse Holds Onto Top Spot In USILA Poll
PERRY, N.Y. (March 21, 2011) – The C.W. Post men's lacrosse team posted two more wins last week to maintain its status as the top team in Division II, according to this week's USILA poll.
The Pioneers captured wins at home against Saint Anselm (10-2) and Saint Michael's (10-4) to improve to 9-0 overall.
Limestone remained second while LeMoyne moved up one spot to third. Dowling, who lost a 10-7 match to NYIT, dropped to fifth while Mercyhurst stayed sixth. Mercy moved up one to seventh and Queens moved two spots up to eighth. Bentley dropped one spot to ninth while Adelphi moved up to 10. NYIT and Pfeiffer enter the poll at 11th and 12th, respectively.
C.W. Post will travel to take on Dowling on Saturday, March 26 at 1 p.m.
