Plompen Named ECAC Player Of The Week
CAPE COD, Mass. (April 20, 2011) – Junior attacker Eddie Plompen (West Islip, N.Y.) was named this week's ECAC Player of the Week, the organization announced.
Plompen led the Pioneers to two wins on the week by averaging seven points. He scored four goals with two assists against Wheeling Jesuit and picked up four ground balls. He followed it up with a five-goal, three-assist performance against Lake Erie on Saturday.
