Men's Lacrosse Improves To Third In Weekly USILA Poll
PERRY, N.Y. (April 5, 2011) – The C.W. Post men's lacrosse team improved to third in this week's USILA poll, released Monday afternoon.
The Pioneers captured a 9-5 win over eighth-ranked NYIT on Saturday to move up in the poll.
Limestone currently leads the poll with a 10-0 record. LeMoyne is second and Mercyhurst moved up one spot to fourth. Dowling dropped two spots to fifth while Mercy moved up two to place sixth. Adelphi also moved up three spots to seventh while NYIT remained eighth. Merrimack fell three spots to ninth and Queens (N.C.) was 10th Catawba and Mars Hill rounded out the poll at 11th and 12th, respectively.
C.W. Post (10-1, 3-1 ECC) will host Mercyhurst on Saturday at 12 p.m. on Hickox Field.
