Softball Posts Tenth-Highest GPA in Division II
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (Oct. 1, 2014) - Boasting a 3.49 cumulative grade-point average, the 2014 LIU Post softball squad was dubbed an NFCA Division II Top-10 All-Academic Team on Tuesday.
Two local rivals joined the green and gold in earning this prestigious achievement. Adelphi compiled the nation's top GPA (3.72), while Molloy ranked second with a 3.60.

Jamie Apicella's program also had 10 players named NFCA Scholar-Athlete All-Americans. The following Pioneers received this distinction by achieving a GPA of 3.5 or higher in the 2013-14 academic year:
