KANSAS CITY, Mo. (Oct. 21, 2014) - The LIU Post women's soccer team moved up three spots in the latest NSCAA/Continental Tire Division II Top-25 Poll, released Tuesday. The Pioneers now sit at No. 22 on the tally.

The green and gold are coming off a 1-0 win against Philadelphia U. that saw junior forward Susanne Vistnes (Randaberg, Norway) score with just 41 seconds left in regulation. In goal, sophomore keeper Hreffie Agnarsdottir (Reykjavik, Iceland) made five saves to preserve the shutout.

Head Coach Mark Dawson and the Pioneers return to action on Saturday (Oct. 25), when they take on Mercy in an East Coast Conference battle in Dobbs Ferry, N.Y. Kickoff is slated for noon.
