Baseball Falls to Felician in Non-Conference Action
Box Score BROOKVILLE, N.Y. (Apr. 29, 2014) - The LIU Post baseball team dropped its final non-conference game of the year Tuesday, 15-0, against Felician at the LIU Post Baseball Field in Brookville, N.Y.
The Pioneers (16-17) managed just five hits against the Golden Falcons (25-17). Sophomore catcher
Steve Teitel (Merrick, N.Y.) collected a hit and a stolen base, while freshman
Kenny Daley (Glenwood Landing, N.Y.), junior
Rick Alessi (St. James, N.Y.) and freshman
Chris Sano (Seaford, N.Y.) each added a stolen base.
LIU Post returns to action on Friday (May 2), when it heads to Flushing, N.Y. to open its final four-game conference series against Queens. First pitch is scheduled for 3 p.m.
