KANSAS CITY, Mo. (Oct. 13, 2015) - The National Soccer Coaches Association of America has announced the latest national rankings for Division II, and the LIU Post men's soccer team rose to No. 11 in this week's Top-25 poll, released Tuesday.
 
The Pioneers (8-1-2, 5-0 ECC) are coming off a 1-0 win over Dowling College and a 1-1 draw at Post University last week. Senior forward Per Forgaard (Stavanger, Norway) and sophomore forward Jason Lampkin (Hawardon, North Wales, U.K.) accounted for the two LIU Post goals.

This is the highest the Pioneers have been ranked since being listed 11th in the NSCAA Preseason Poll.

Head Coach Andreas Lindberg and his LIU Post squad return to the pitch on Saturday (Oct. 17), when they take on Mercy College in an East Coast Conference tilt in Brookville, N.Y. Kickoff is set for 2:30 p.m.
