Margiotta Selected to Play in NFHCA Division II Senior Game

CHANDLER, Ariz. (Oct. 28, 2015) - On Wednesday, LIU Post field hockey senior forward Keliann Margiotta (Sewell, N.J.) was chosen to play in the 2015 Victory Sports Tours/NFHCA Division II Senior Game on Saturday, Nov. 21 in Bloomsburg, Pa.

Margiotta has been an offensive leader for the Pioneers since her debut in 2012, tallying 79 goals and 37 assists for 195 points. She owns the school's career assist record, while also holding the program's single-season marks for goals and points.

Throughout her four-year career, Margiotta has twice been named to the All-Northeast-10 Conference and NFHCA All-America First Team. In addition, she has garnered Synapse Sports and ECAC Division II Offensive Player of the Year honors.

Margiotta has statistically ranked in the Top-5 in the nation in scoring each of the past two years. As a junior (2014), she paced all of Division II with an average of 1.50 points per game.
