Olivia Kirk (Farmingdale, N.Y.) were respectively chosen as the East Coast Conference Player and Defensive Player of the Week.
Delaney led the Pioneer offense last week with 14 points (9 G, 5 A) in a pair of road victories. She amassed a game-best eight points (4 G, 4 A) and won three draws in Thursday's (Apr. 21) 15-9 triumph at Saint Anselm College. Then, on Saturday (Apr. 23), Delaney had five goals on six shots and contributed an assist in a 12-3 rout of Queens College.
Meanwhile, Kirk, who posted a 6.05 goals-against average and .571 save percentage on the week, turned aside eight shots apiece in the two contests. Her eight saves at Saint Anselm were also a game-high.
Nearing the conclusion of the regular season, Delaney paces the ECC in points (85) and assists (48). Her 37 goals on the year ranks sixth amongst the league's top scorers.
Kirk boasts the top goals-against average and save percentage in the conference, sporting individual clips of 4.47 and .593. Additionally, she places second in the ECC in wins (12) and fewest goals allowed (61).
Delaney, Kirk and the Pioneers are back in action Tuesday (Apr. 26), when they face No. 20 Stonehill College in a non-conference tilt at 4 p.m. at Bethpage Federal Credit Union Stadium in Brookville.
