Prior to C.W. Post: Participated in women’s soccer and women’s lacrosse for the Arrows … named Scholar Athlete at Sachem East … played two years at the varsity level for Coach Ralph Foreman … helped her team to become League Champions in 2007 and Long Island Champions in 2008.
Personal: Older of George and Colleen Tavantzis’ two children … has a young brother, AJ … majoring in health and physical education.
