  2011: Played in seven games … batted .500 with four hits, two RBI and a run scored … came into the first game of a doubleheader at NYIT and belted an RBI single to right field before coming around to score later in the game (April 16) … collected two hits, including an RBI single at Bridgeport (April 30).  
  2010: Made appearances in 19 games, mostly as a pinch hitter … recorded three hits, two RBI and two runs scored … drove in a run on a single in the seventh inning against Southern Connecticut (March 23) … batted 1-for-1 with a single against Southern New Hampshire (March 27) … batted 1-for-2 with an RBI single against Mercy (April 27). 
  2009: Saw limited action in four games as a pinch hitter.  
  Prior to C.W. Post: Was a five-year softball player at Glen Cove under coach Kelly McDonough … named all-county and all-conference … the Big Red advanced to the championship before losing to Floral Park in 2006 … also played four years of soccer.  
  Personal: Younger of Bill and Toni Kessel’s two daughters … favorite athlete is Thurmon Munson … plans to pursue a career as a physical education teacher … majoring in physical education.
