2011: Started 44 games, primarily at catcher … hit .226 with a team-leading 29 RBI … roped eight doubles … made only four errors all season for a .988 fielding percentage … threw out 20 runners attempting to steal … went 4-for-6 with three RBI against Queens (April 6) … finished with two hits and three RBI against Concordia (April 16) … was 2-for-4 with two RBI against Molloy (April 29) … followed with a 2-for-3 day with three RBI the next day against the Lions (April 30). 

2010: Was the Pioneers primary backstop batting fifth for the majority of the campaign … compiled 45 hits and 33 RBI while playing and starting in 48 contests … walked 10 times and also scored 13 runs with nine doubles and one triple … had a season high three hits and four RBI against Mercy (April 27).

Before C.W. Post:  Played three years of varsity for Bob Fletcher … helped the Gaels to a Class B New York State Championship in 2008 … three-time all section, three-time all-league and Class B MVP in 2008 … batted .490 with eight home runs his senior year …also participated in bowling.

Personal:  Older of Anthony and Anna Corona’s two children … has a younger sister, Michelle … father, Anthony, played football at St. John’s University … favorite athlete is Nick Swisher … lists his father as person he admires most … majoring in education.
