2015: Ran the 1,500-meter race in 4:28.94 at the Ramapo Roadrunner Invitational (Apr. 3-4) ... crossed the finish line in 2:14.62 in the 800-meter run at the USMMA Eight-Way Meet on Apr. 12, while finishing fourth (4:27.13) in the 1,500-meter discipline ... clocked a ninth-place time of 4:33.58 in the 1,500-meter run at the ECC Championships on Apr. 18 ... collected a fourth-place showing in the 5,000-meter run at the Tom Farrell Classic (May 1-2), running a time of 16:24.48.

Prior to LIU Post: Ran cross country for the Wildcats ... also ran track and wrestled at Walt Whitman ... ran a personal-best 4:37 mile in his senior season ... also set personal-bests in the 2-mile run (10:19) and 800-meters (2:08) ... three-time league champion and part of the 2012 Suffolk County champion cross country team.
