2015: Placed in the Top-10 in the 5,000-meter run in three meets ... took 10th (19:26.29) at the Ramapo Roadrunner Invitational (Apr. 3-4) ... finished third at the USMMA Eight-Way Meet on Apr. 12, clocking a 20:15.54 ... recorded a seventh-place finish (20:05.11) at the ECC Championships (Apr. 18).

Prior to LIU Post: Participated in cross country, winter track, and spring track for Our Lady of Mercy under coach Michael Gleason … All-League selection for cross country in 2010 … personal record in the two-and-a-half mile is 17:15.
