Prior to C.W. Post: Played three seasons of varsity for coach Bob Hurley at St. Anthony’s in Jersey City … helped the Friars to a Sectional B Championship in 2010 and an NJ State and High School National Championship in 2011 …during 2011, played in  27 games for the Friars (who went 33-0) and averaged 5.0 points, 1.8 assists, 1.5 rebounds and 1.1 steals per game …  was second on the team with 27 3-pointers.

Personal: Parents are Wayne and Amy Reid … has two younger sisters, Jada and Janae … his father also played basketball for coach Bob Hurley at St. Anthony’s … high school teammate of fellow Pioneer freshman Tyuan Williams … favorite athlete is Kobe Bryant … majoring in business management.
