Steady Rain Halts Catawba Softball Tournament
Steady rain over the weekend with incoming snow prompted the cancelation of the Catawba Softball Tournament. The Pioneers, originally scheduled to play five games in the tournament, will now open their 2009 season at the Rebel Spring Games in Kissimee, Fla., beginning March 8.
