Cross Country To Host 5K Trail Run
BROOKVILLE, N.Y. (June 10, 2009) - Head coach
Rob Morris and the C.W. Post cross country team will host a 5K Trail Run on July 11 on the C.W. Post Campus.
In addition to the 5K Trail Run, that will begin at 9:30 a.m., there will be a Kids 1 Mile Fun Run beginning at 8:45 a.m. Check-in will begin at 7:30 a.m. and run until 9:15.
Registration fees are $17 on or before Monday, July 6, and are $20 on the day of the race. Runners who pre-register will recieve a free race t-shirt.
