Softball Ranked 21st In This Week's NFCA Poll
STARKVILLE, Miss. (March 10, 2010) – The C.W. Post softball team is ranked 21st in this week's National Fastpitch Coaches Association Top 25 poll.
North Georgia received a unanimous 16 first-place votes to remain the top team for the second straight week.
C.W. Post opened its season Sunday with a 5-2 win over Clarion University and a 6-0 shutout over Stonehill College. The Pioneers (3-1) and are the only ranked team in the East Coast Conference and just the second team in the East region, behind Le Moyne College, who was ranked 17th in the poll.
