Post history in the number four list.  Caitlin Smith (Levittown, N.Y.) also landed on the All-Time 5k List in the number seven spot with a 19:39 time, placing her 13th in today's event.  Other female Pioneer included with Jessica Wiking (Farmingdale, N.Y.) and Sarah McLaughlin (Seaford, N.Y.) running personal bests during the day.

Matthew O'Keefe (East Rockaway, N.Y.) put together back-to-back weekend solid performances with a 25:16 finish on the 8k course that landed him in second place.  This time also was the fasted time in C.W.
