Softball Moves Up To No. 22 In Latest NFCA Poll

STARKVILLE, Miss. (May 4, 2011) – The C.W. Post softball team climbed two spots to No. 22 in this week's NFCA coaches poll, released on Monday.
 
Alabama-Huntsville garnered all 16 first-place votes to lead the top 25 poll. Also ranked is Dowling, who moved up two spots to seventh in the poll. Molloy College received votes once again this week.
 
The Pioneers (36-12, 20-8 ECC) clinched the third seed in the upcoming East Coast Conference Championships and will battle second-seeded Molloy College on Thursday, May 5 at Dowling's Brookhaven Athletics Complex.
