Pioneer Student-Athletes Take Part in Polar Plunge
BROOKVILLE, N.Y. (Feb. 15, 2012) – What has become a tradition over the last few years for the Pioneer family, several student-athletes took part in the Polar Plunge in Long Beach.
This marked the 13
th annual Super Bowl splash, taking place last Sunday, Feb. 5. The event took place by the Boardwalk at Long Beach Boulevard in Long Beach, N.Y.
The student-athlete group consisted of 14 football individuals and two women soccer athletes.
