Vistnes Selected to NSCAA All-America Third-Team

KANSAS CITY, Kan. (Dec. 6, 2013) - The NSCAA revealed its All-America women's soccer honorees on Friday, and LIU Post sophomore forward
Susanne Vistnes (Randaberg, Norway) was chosen to the third-team for the second-straight year.
In 18 games, Vistnes paced her squad, and the East Coast Conference in scoring with 34 points (14 G, 6 A). Seven of those tallies were game-winners, which was also a league-high. As a result, she repeated as the ECC Offensive Player of the Year, while earning Daktronics All-Region first-team and All-America third-team kudos.
Plus, Vistnes' offensive numbers ranked in the Top-20 in the country. She placed 15th in goals per game, 17th in points per game, 19th in total points, and 20th in total goals.
Vistnes and the Pioneers rounded out the 2013 season at 13-5 overall, including a perfect 8-0 ledger at home, and 6-3 in the ECC.
