GARDEN CITY, N.Y. (May 4, 2016) - Due to impending wet weather forecasted for Friday, changes have been made to the schedule for the NCAA Division II East 2 Softball Sub-Regional, held on the campus of Adelphi University. 

Thursday's schedule, which was originally scheduled to consist of Games 1 and 2, will now be as follows:
Game 1: LIU Post vs. Molloy - 9 a.m. 
Game 2: Adelphi vs. Pace - 11:30 a.m. 
Game 3: Winner Game 1 vs Winner Game 2 - 2 p.m. 
Game 4: Loser Game 1 vs. Loser Game 2 - 4:30 p.m. 

A decision to play Game 5, featuring the winner of Game 4 vs. the Loser of Game 3, on Friday, May 6 at a time to be announced will be made on Thursday evening after consulting the latest forecast. Should the game be postponed, Saturday's schedule on May 7 is as follows:

Game 5: Winner Game 4 vs. Loser Game 3 - 10 a.m.
Game 6: Winner Game 3 vs. Winner Game 5 - 12:30 p.m. 
Game 7 (if necessary): Winner Game 3 vs. Winner Game 5 - 3:00 p.m.
