INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – The NCAA announced its first Division II regional softball rankings on Wednesday, April 17, tabbing LIU Post as the No. 2 team in the region.
LIU Post boasts a 36-8 overall record on the year, needing just two wins to match its win total from 2018 when the Pioneers reached the East Super Regional against national runner-up Saint Anselm College.

Hannah Olshevski and junior
Katie Humhej have helped the Green and Gold combine for a 1.82 team earned run average and have held opponents to a .245 average at the plate.
LIU Post returns to action on Saturday, April 20 when it hosts Queens College at 11:00 a.m.
