2009: Played in 16 games with 14 starts ... saw majority of her time on defense, but was a potent shot option for the Pioneers on penalty corners, scoring one goal and adding four assists ... also added a defensive save, coming against Stonehill (Oct. 17).
2008: Played in 12 games for the Pioneers, scoring her lone goal of the season against Seton Hill (Oct. 19).
Prior to C.W. Post: Four-year starter at the varsity level … helped her team earn two Long Island Championships, three Suffolk Class C titles, and four League titles … garnered All-State, All-Long Island, all-tournament, All-Conference, all-division, and all-league accolades during her career …also holds school record for the shot put.
Personal: Oldest of John and Helene Bruckner’s four children...father was a two-time All-American playing football for US Merchant Marine Academy, Kings Point...education major.
