2009: Started all 17 games, scoring two goals and adding three assists … also made four defensive saves on the season … scored a goal in a 2-0 victory over Franklin Pierce (Sept. 13) … made two defensive saves and added an assist in a 4-3 win over Kutztown (Sept. 26).
2008: Started 17 games as a vital member of the Pioneer defensive unit, making two defensive saves on the season.
2007: Womensfieldhockey.com All-Rookie Squad ... NFHCA National Academic Squad … started all 20 games for the Pioneers, anchoring a defense that was fifth in Division II in goals allowed average.
Prior to C.W. Post: Played four years of varsity field hockey at Shoreham-Wading River … named all-county, all-state and Section XI MVP … also played softball and basketball.
Personal: Daughter of Thomas and Lana DeRosa … has two sisters, Dana and Melissa, and two brothers, Thomas and Joey … majoring in social work.
