2011: ECC Second Team … started all 17 games for the Pioneers as the primary crease defender … picked up 37 ground balls, good for third on the team … caused nine turnovers and won six draw controls … scooped up four ground balls and caused two turnovers in a win over Merrimack (April 30) … picked up a career-high five ground balls against Dowling (May 7). 

2010: Saw action in 16 games, making 11 starts as a defender … picked up nine ground balls and won three draw controls, causing two turnovers … notched an assist against Queens (Apr. 14). 

2009: Played in all 19 games, making 13 starts on the defensive end … picked up 12 ground balls and won eight draw controls … caused 11 turnovers, including a career-high four against Merrimack (Apr. 11).

2008: Took the field 18 times, with six starts ... notched five groundballs and eight caused turnovers ... won eight draw controls, including two apiece against Dowling (Apr. 16) and Philadelphia (May 4).

Prior to C.W. Post: Played two years of varsity lacrosse at Division Avenue and helped the Blue Dragons win the conference title in 2007 ... named Athlete of the Year in 2007 and garnered All-Conference accolades in 2006 and 2007 ... also played volleyball and basketball.

Personal: Youngest child of Elaine Arsell ... her uncle, Don Milhaven, played football at C.W. Post from 1971-72 ... is a part of the Irish National team, represented Ireland at the 2008 European Lacrosse Championships in Finland ... majoring in physical education and health.
