2011: Ran a 32:35 at the UAlbany 8K Purple Race, finishing 48th overall and 14th among sophomores …  ran a personal best at the ECC Championships, finishing in 44th place overall with a time of 30:51. 

2010: Completed the ECC Championship race in a time of 31:01, landing in 45th place

Prior to LIU Post: Participated in cross country, as well as track at Raritan for Dan Formato … was Most Valuable Freshman in cross country … won conference championships as a freshman, junior and senior.

Personal: Son of John and Allison … oldest of three boys … majoring in forensic science
