2012: Red-shirted the season.

2011: All-ECC First-Team … ran a 26:31, good for fifth place overall at the ECC Championships … finished 31st at the NCAA East Regional Championships with a time of 33:02 … ran a personal best 8K in 25:16, good for second place at the NJIT Highlander, the fastest Pioneer time since 1979 and the fourth-best time in school history … also broke the previous course record of 25:20.

2010: Ninth-place finish at the ECC Championships with a time of 26:53 … set a personal record of 26:33 at the Disney Classic … came in at 10th with a time of 28:36 at the St. Joseph’s Invite … placed on the ECC All-Conference Second-Team.

2009: Ran a personal 8k best at the Codfish Bowl (Sept. 26) with a time of 27:19.7 ... earned a spot on the All-Conference First-Team ... placed 72nd at the NCAA Division II Northeast Regional.

Prior to LIU Post: Participated in three years of varsity cross country and track for head coach James Muller … received MVP and All-League honors … set a 5K career best record of 17:53 his senior year.

Personal: Older of Timothy and Patricia O’Keefe’s two children … majoring in health and physical education.
