2012: Checked in a 20th-place effort (22:06.45) at the Hofstra Brick Stone Run on Sept. 8…Finished 25th (20:26.09) at the LIU Post Invitational on Sept. 15…Took 34th (21:35.70) at the East Coast Conference Championships on Oct. 21.

2011: Finished ninth at the Lightning Invitational with a time of 21:40 … posted a 32nd-place finish at the ECC Championships, crossing the line at 22:21 … finished 27th at the NJIT Highlander Invitational with a time of 20:48.

Prior to LIU Post: Part of the cross country, winter track, and spring track teams at Wantagh High School … coached by Bill Hedgecock … part of four conference championships, as well as one county championship … an All-Conference selection from 2006-2010 in cross country … earned All-County in 2009 and 2010.
