• Finished first in the 100 yard Butterfly with a time of 1:01.25 and the 200 yard Freestyle with a time of 2:00.66 at the Millersville & Kutztown Tri-Meet
• At the 2019 Metropolitan Conference meet, Sparrman finished fifth in the 200 yard Freestyle with a time of 1:57.66 and the 100 yard Freestyle with a time of 54.16
• Finished 3rd in the 500 freestyle with a time of 5:09.81. Was a part of several top 5 relay finishes with LIU Post.

2017-18: Placed third in the 200-yard  individual medley with a time of 2:09.51 at the 2018 Metropolitan Championships on Feb. 16, 2018 … Placed fourth in the 200-yard  freestyle with a time of 1:55.44 at the 2018 Metropolitan Championships … Placed sixth in the 100-yard  freestyle with a time of 53.57 at the 2018 Metropolitan Championships … Placed first in the 50-yard  freestyle with a time of 25.45 against East Stroudsburg on Oct. 28, 2017 … Placed first in the 100-yard  freestyle with a time of 54.99 against Kutztown and Millersville on Jan. 27, 2018 … Placed second 200 S-freestyle with a time of 2:10.75 against Bridgeport on Nov. 4, 2017 … Placed first in the 100-yard  butterfly with a time of 1:00.77 against Bridgeport on Nov. 4, 2017 … Placed first in the 200-yard  individual medley with a time of 2:13.50 against Kutztown on Jan. 27, 2018

2016-17: Earned a spot on the CSCAA Scholar All-America Team ... took second in the 50-yard freestyle (25.32), the 100-yard butterfly (1:01.33) and 200-yard free (1:57.49) versus CCSU (Oct. 22) ... clocked winning times in the 100-yard butterfly (59.36) and 200-free (1:57.34) versus East Stroudsburg (Oct. 29) ... touched the pad second in the 100-yard free at 54.32 and the 200-yard freestyle at 1:56.89 versus Bridgeport (Nov. 5) ... earned a NCAA "B" cut (1:35.68) in the 200-free relay and set a personal-record 1:52.98 in the preliminaries of the 200-yard freestyle at the Frank Elm Invitational (Nov.18- 20) ... swam to a NCAA "B" cut in the 200-yard freestyle (1:52.34), while placing fourth in the 100-butterfly (58.45) and fifth in the 100-yard free (52.30) at the ECAC Championships (Dec. 2-4) ... won the 200-free at 1:54.72 and placed second (52.93) in the 100-free versus Kutztown (Jan. 28) ... helped clock a NCAA-provisional, first-place 1:35.64 in the 200-freestyle relay and a NCAA "B" cut, 1:43.67 in the 200-yard medley relay at the Metropolitan Conference Championships (Feb. 17-19) ... qualified for the NCAA Division II Championships in the 200-yard freestyle relay, the 400-free relay, the 200-yard medley relay and the 400-yard medley relay ... helped a 1:44.81, 200-yard medley relay squad, a seventeenth-place (3:49.42) 400-medley relay quartet and a 200- (1:35.10) and 400-yard freestyle preliminary relay (3:28.09) at the NCAA Division II Championships (Mar. 8- 11). 

Prior to LIU Post: Attended Arlanagymnasiet in Märsta, Sweden ... earned five gold medals in relays at Sweden Youth Championships.

Personal: Has one sister, Kajsa ... daughter of Patrick and Marie Sparrman ... her favorite athlete is Katinka Hosszu ... majoring in international business.
