Rick Rissetto is entering his second year as the Athletic Media Relations Assistant at LIU Post. The appointment comes after a six-month internship in the Athletic Media Relations office.

Along with his work duties, Rissetto is the public address announcer for Pioneers' volleyball and basketball home games, along with broadcasting various LIU Post home contests on LIUPostPioneers.com. He will also be tasked with adding new and original content to the website, as well as being present for all Pioneers home contests in additional capacities.

Prior to joining LIU Post, Rissetto spent three years as the public address announcer at Molloy College. In addition, he has worked home games in that capacity at various schools, including NYIT, SUNY Old Westbury, LIU Brooklyn, John Jay and St. John’s.

A 2013 graduate of Hofstra University, Rissetto received his master’s degree in Sport Management from Southern New Hampshire University in May 2015. He resides in Floral Park, N.Y.
