2016-17: Earned All-ECC second team nods in both the 1,000 and 5,000-meter run ... placed ninth in the mile race (5;23.24) and ran the second leg of the second-place 4x 200-meter relay at the Metro Season Opener (Dec. 2) ... earned a 5:22.54 mile at the Wagner Invitational (Jan. 6) ... placed sixth in the 3,000-meter run (10:37.16) at the Yale Invitational (Jan. 14) ... crossed the finish line eighth at 18:30.44 in the 5,000-meter run at the Metropolitan Championships (Feb. 3) ... placed fifth at 5:22.44 in the mile run at the St. Joseph's Invitational (Feb. 11) ... clocked a 3:07.57 and an 18:55.30 in both the 1,000 and 5,000-meter runs, respectively, at the East Coast Conference Championships (Feb. 24).
Prior to LIU Post: Transfer from University of Alabama and St. John's University ... ran four years of cross country and track and field at Kellenberg Memorial High School ... two-time Intersectional Steeplechase Champion (2011-12).
