MANSFIELD, Mass. (Oct. 24, 2016) - On Monday, LIU Post field hockey sophomore forward/midfielder
Emily Miller (Bridgewater, N.J.) was named the Northeast-10 Conference Player of the Week.
It is the third time that Miller has received the honor in 2016. She was previously chosen as the league's player of the week on Sept. 12 and Sept. 26.
Miller tallied a hat trick last Wednesday (Oct. 19) in the Pioneers' 3-1 win at Pace. That three-goal showing increased her season total to 14, which ranks second amongst the NE-10's goal leaders.
Miller and her LIU Post side are back in action Tuesday (Oct. 25), when they host Bentley University in an NE-10 clash at 4 p.m. at Bethpage Federal Credit Union Stadium in Brookville, N.Y.
