BROOKVILLE, N.Y. – The LIU Post women's lacrosse team took down Roberts Wesleyan College 14-5 to open East Coast Conference play on March 3 to remain unbeaten this season and remained in the top-five in both national polls as a result.
The Pioneers remain ranked fifth in both the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) poll and the Nike/U.S. Lacrosse Magazine poll.

Jill LoManto recorded a team-best five points behind a two-goal, three-assist effort, while fellow sophomore
Paige Sherlock added four goals in the win against the Redhawks. In the cage, senior
Olivia Kirk made seven saves to help spark another outstanding defensive performance.
The Green and Gold return to the turf this evening when the team battles No. 19 Pace University on the road at 5:00 p.m.
