FULL 2019 SCHEDULE
BROOKVILLE, N.Y. – Featuring three games against opponents that participated in the 2018 NCAA Division II Women's Lacrosse Championship and nine against opponents ranked inside the top-25 of the final Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Association (IWCLA) poll of 2018, LIU Post women's lacrosse head coach
Meghan McNamara announced the Pioneers' 2019 schedule Thursday.

LIU Post opens its season with a pair of home games, first hosting Merrimack College on Saturday, February 23 at 11:00 a.m. then Southern Connecticut State University at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 27.
The Pioneers travel to Waltham, Massachusetts, for their first road game of the season on Saturday, March 2 when they face Bentley University at 12:00 p.m. LIU Post then returns to Bethpage Federal Credit Union Stadium for another two-game home stand, first taking on Pace University at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 6 at 3:00 p.m. 2018 NCAA Division II champion LeMoyne College at 11:00 a.m.
The Green & Gold follows with three-straight road games; the Pioneers take on East Stroudsburg University at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 13, the University of the District of Columbia on Saturday, March 16 at 2:30 p.m. in their first East Coast Conference game and Molloy College at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 20.
LIU Post returns home on Saturday, March 23 to host Saint Thomas Aquinas College at 3:30 p.m. and follows with a trip to Easton, Massachusetts, on Wednesday, March 27 where it faces Stonehill College at 4:00 p.m.
On Saturday, March 30 the Pioneers travel to Garden City, New York, to take on Adelphi University at 1:00 p.m. then host Queens College at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 3. LIU Post then faces Mercy College on Saturday, April 6 at 11:00 a.m. in Dobbs Ferry, New York, New York Institute of Technology at home at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 13, the University of New Haven on Tuesday, April 16 at 7:00 p.m. in New Haven, Connecticut, and the University of Bridgeport in Bridgeport, Connecticut, on Tuesday, April 23 at 4:00 p.m.
Regular season play concludes with senior day against Roberts Wesleyan College at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 27.
Postseason play commences with the East Coast Conference Championship; the quarter and semi finals take place on Apr. 30 and May 2 and are hosted by the higher seeds. The Championship takes place on May 4 at President's Stadium on the Campus of NYIT in Westbury, New York.
The 2019 NCAA Division II Women's Lacrosse Championship takes place at the Grand Valley State University Lacrosse Stadium in Allendale, Michigan, from May 17-19.
