WEST BABYLON, N.Y. – The East Coast Conference (ECC) announced its postseason awards for women's lacrosse Saturday morning and eight members of the No. 8/12 LIU Post women's lacrosse team were honorees, including freshman
Hailey Duchnowski who was named Goalkeeper of the Year.

Paige Sherlock garnered first-team honors. Seniors
Trish Brisotti and
Carly Spano along with sophomore
Maddie Titus were named to the second-team.
Duchnowski, a four-time recipient of the ECC Defensive Player of the Week award, has a conference-best 52.1 save percentage and 172 saves on the season along with an ECC-high 14 wins. Her goals-against average of 7.56 in ECC play tops the conference and her overall goals against average of 9.12 is second. She also leads the conference in win percentage with a win percentage of 82.4.
Mallery, who was named ECC Offensive Player of the Week on Monday, garners All-ECC honors for the third time in her career as she was named to the first-team in 2018 and second-team in 2017. Her 80 goals are second in the conference while her 86 points and 115 draw controls rank third. She is 28-of-44 on free position shots for the season, which also tops the conference. She is also the Pioneers' leader in ground balls with 45. In Tuesday's ECC Championship first round victory over the University of Bridgeport, Mallery tallied the 200
th point of her career.
Feldman, who was recognized as the ECC Offensive Player twice during the regular season, scored the 100
th goal of her career in LIU Post's victory over the University of New Haven on Tuesday, April 16. With 64 goals she ranks fifth in the ECC and seventh in points with 75. Feldman was also named the All-ECC First Team in 2018.
Deren, honored as the ECC Offensive Player of the Week on Monday, April 1, receives postseason recognition for the second time of her career. Along with leading LIU Post in assists with 46, she also ranks third in the ECC. She has accumulated 50 points in the 2019 season which ranks 18th in the ECC.
Sherlock garners postseason honors for the second time in her career she was also named to the first-team in 2018. Her 25 caused turnovers rank fifth in the ECC, her 46 goals rank ninth and her 52 points 17
th. Sherlock also tallied 50 draw controls and 35 ground balls, both ranking 13
th in the ECC.
Brisotti receives second-team honors for the second-straight year after finishing fourth on the team in goals with 27. She produced game-winning goals for the Pioneers against No. 2/2 Adelphi University on Saturday, March 30 and Mercy College on Saturday, April 6 and has accumulated 33 points in 2019.
Spano, also an All-ECC first-team honoree in 2018, ranks third on the team in ground balls with 27 and fourth in caused turnovers with 11. She is a leader of the Pioneer defense that ranks third in the conference in goals-against average with 8.88.
Titus garners postseason honors for the first time in her career after finishing third on the team in caused turnovers with 13 and also collecting 20 ground balls on the season. She also helped lead the Pioneer defense that was third in the ECC with an 8.88 goals-against average.
