NIKE/U.S. LACROSSE POLL

BROOKVILLE, N.Y. – After being included in the 16-team field for the NCAA Division II Women's Lacrosse Championship, the LIU Post women's lacrosse team was tabbed at No. 9/14 in the national polls Monday.
 
The Pioneers checked in at No. 9 in the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Association (IWLCA) poll after earning 404 points and at No. 14 in the Nike/U.S. Lacrosse poll.
 
LIU Post was chosen as the No. 2 seed in the east region and will take on third-seeded Adelphi University on Friday, April 10 at Ted Gant Field on the campus of Le Moyne College in the opening round.
