Pioneer Student-Athletes Honored At C.W. Post's Women's Achievement Dinner

BROOKVILLE, N.Y. (March 13, 2011) The C.W. Post Employer Advisory Board and the Cooperative Education and Internships Department sponsored a “Women's Achievement Dinner” on campus to honor the female students that extend themselves to public service on and off campus and contribute positively at C.W. Post.
 
Nassau County District Attorney Kathleen Rice gave the keynote address to honor those receiving the “Excellence Award” that included 13 Pioneer student-athletes.
 
The student-athletes honored included Janea Aiken (Women's Basketball), Shatima Greer (Women's Basketball) Amanda Ostapow (Volleyball), Jackie Coyne, (Women's Lacrosse), Michelle Fucich (Women's Lacrosse), Kristina Gustafson (Field Hockey), Sydney Hagen (Field Hockey), Vicky DeRosa (Field Hockey), Amanda Nann (Field Hockey), Kim Lubeski (Volleyball), Sarah Kiser (Softball), Ivana Babic (Women's Soccer), Samantha Barbero (Women's Soccer), Sanna Pettersson (Women's Soccer), Caitlin Smith (Cross Country).
