SEAFORD, N.Y. – The LIU Post women's rugby team suffered a setback to Molloy College, 36-0, at Cedar Creek Park Sept. 8.
 
Molloy had the upper-hand throughout, limiting the Pioneer attack all afternoon. Aubrey Kelley gave the Lions the early lead with a try at the 6:43 mark of the opening period to begin the run. Olivia Sturiano eventually scored three tries during the contest to lead Molloy to the 36-0 final.
 
It will be a battle of Pioneers in LIU Post's next matchup when the Green and Gold travel to Connecticut to take on Sacred Heart University Saturday, Sept. 15.
