2005-06: Named to the 2006 Preseason All-ECC Men’s Basketball First-Team…Was the team’s leading shooter with 441 points (15.8 ppg)… Also led the team in rebounds (199- 7.1 average)… Ranked second on the team in 3-point field goal percentage (.396)… Shot 75 percent from the free-throw line (69-of-92)… Dished out 45 assists and swiped 25 steals… Reached the double-digit scoring barrier a team-high 24 times… Posted six double-double performances… Set a career-high with 26 points scored against Belmont Abbey at the C.W. Post Tip-Off Tournament (Nov. 19).

 

Prior to C.W. Post/Personal: Transfer from Hostos Community College (Bronx), where he nailed the game-winning 3-point field goal in the 2005 NJCAA Division III championship game for the Caimans… was named First-Team All-NJCAA Region XV and a Third-Team All-America at the NJCAA Division III level… prior to Hostos, was the team MVP and a three-year varsity player at George Washington High School – the same high school that Baseball star Manny Ramirez attended… son of Bertha Mercedes… was born in the Dominican Republic… majoring in criminal justice.
