2016-17: All-ECC Second Team in 800-meter run ... finished eighth (1:43.10) in the 600-meter run at the Seahawk Shootout (Dec. 9) ... clocked a 25th-place time of 2:30.70 in the 800-meter run at the Wagner Invitational (Jan. 6) ... placed fifth and sixth, respectively, in the 400- meter dash (1:02.14) and the 500-meter run (1:22.10) at the Yale Invitational (Jan. 14) ... earned a tenth-place showing in the 1,000-meter run, crossing the finish line at 3:10.67 at the Metropolitan Championships (Feb. 3) ... placed eighth with a time of 1:01.79 in the 400-meter dash at the St. Joseph's Invitational (Feb. 11) ... ran to a fourth-place finish (2:21.66) in the 800-meter at the Artie O'Connor Meet (Feb. 17) ... clocked a 2:21.83 in the 800-meter at the ECC Championships (Feb. 24).

Prior to LIU Post: Four-year varsity runner at MacArthur High School ... earned All-Conference, All-County, All-Long Island and All-State honors ... broke two school records as a member of the Generals.
