2019: 

• Drafted by the New York Lizards of Major League Lacrosse and Chrome Lacrosse Club of the Premiere Lacrosse League. Signed a professional contract with Chrome LC
• Finished first in the nation and in the conference in face-off winning percentage (.814)
• Finished first in the nation and in the conference in ground balls per game (16.75)
• Set new NCAA Division II records for single-season face-off winning percentage and single-season ground balls per game. Also set an NCAA Division II single-game record with 30 ground balls against Merrimack
• Started all 16 games
• All-ECC First Team
• ECC Offensive Player of the week (3/11) 
• Finished with six goals on the season

2018: Started all 15 games … All-ECC First Team … Finished second in the conference in groundballs with 153 and second in the conference in face-offs … Went 230-328 on face-offs with a .701-win percentage … Had three points scoring one goal to go along with two assists against Mercy College (May 2)

2017: Appeared in 15 games with nine starts … All-ECC First Team … Finished second in the conference in groundballs with 76 … Went 126-196 on face-offs with a .643-win percentage … Finished with two goals on the season

Prior to LIU Post: Played varsity football at Sachem East High School ... earned All-Division, All-County, All-Long Island and All-State recognition in his senior year ... recorded 311 career tackles, six forced fumbles, five interceptions and four fumble recoveries ... amassed 133 tackles, two interceptions, two forced fumbles and one fumble recovery in 2014 ... holds the career records at Sachem East for most tackles and interceptions ... also owns the single-season record for most tackles ... helped the Flaming Arrows to a postseason appearance in each of his four seasons on the team.

Personal: Has one older sister, Maegan, and one younger brother, Kyle ... son of John and Kathleen Farrell ... enjoys golf, lacrosse, hockey, wrestling and baseball ... his favorite athlete is Mark Herzlich ... the people he admires most are his parents ... also plays for the LIU Post men's lacrosse team ... majoring in business with a minor in marketing.
