2016-17: Earned two All-ECC first-team nods in the 200 and 400- meter dash .... was an All-ECC second team selection for the 4 x 400-meter relay ... won the 500- meter run with a personal best of 1:06.28, and placed fourteenth in the 200-meter dash at 22.63 at the Artie O'Connor Invitational (Feb. 17) ... captured the league title in the 500-meter dash with a time of 1:04.06 and placed second in the 200-meter dash at 22.47 at the East Coast Conference Championships (Feb. 24) ... posted a solid 1:04.34 showing in the 500-meter dash at the ECAC/IC4A Championships (Mar. 4). 

2015-16: All-ECC First Team in 400-meter dash and 4 x 400-meter relay ... finished sixth (24.05) in the 200-meter dash at the Fordham Season Opener (Dec. 4) ... clocked an eighth-place time of 23.43 at the Bill Ward Invitational (Dec. 8) ... won the 400-meter run in 52.13 and sprinted to a sixth-place 23.74 clocking in the 200-meter dash at the St. Joseph's Winter Invitational (Jan. 16) ... helped the Pioneers' 4 x 200-meter relay to a winning time of 1:31.98 at the Molloy Invitational (Feb. 12) ... came in second (49.78) in the 400-meter dash and led the 4 x 400-meter relay to a league-best 3:25.40 at the ECC Championships (Feb. 26) ... aided LIU Post's 4 x 400-meter relay to a 19th-place finish (3:27.40) at the ECAC Championships (Mar. 4-6).

2014-15: Ran the 200-meter dash at the ECC Championships in a time of 24.65 ... was a member of the third-place 4 x 100-meter relay team (43.76).

Prior to LIU Post: Played basketball and ran track and field at Meadow Creek High School.
