2014: Was part of the #2 doubles tandem for the Pioneers, going 6-4 with Heena Kewalramani and 0-2 with Meagan Byrne ... bounced back-and-forth between the third and fourth singles flight ... went 7-4 in singles competition, gaining the match-winning victory with a 5-7, 6-4, 6-1 triumph against Roberts Wesleyan on Sept. 5 ... scored a 6-1, 6-1 win against Daemen on Sept. 6 ... shut out her opponent 6-0,6-0 in the Dowling match on Sept. 19 ... won three doubles matches by an 8-0 scoreline with Heena Kewalramani, defeating Daemen (Sept. 6), Dowling (Sept. 19) and Molloy (Oct. 17).

2013-14: Spent the year as the #3 singles player and part of the #2 doubles team for the Pioneers ... won three singles matches and three doubles matches ... picked up a 6-3, 6-3 victory over Daemen College on Sept. 14 ... won a 6-0, 6-3 match against St. Thomas Aquinas on Oct. 5 ... recorded an 8-0 win over Dowling on Oct. 13, won by the same score in her doubles match.

Prior to LIU Post: Four-year varsity tennis competitor at Thompson High School ... garnered All-County recognition in her senior year ... named Team MVP for three consecutive seasons (2011, 2012 & 2013).

Personal: Has one sibling, Mel ... daughter of Charles and Stephanie Harwell ... enjoys biking, running, reading, kayaking and traveling ... hopes to obtain a master's degree in biomedical engineering ... majoring in biomedical technology.
